white rice flour, potato flour, brown sugar, sugar, corn meal, tapioca flour, corn starch, baking soda, xanthan gum, chocolate chips. Conatians less than 2% of the following: calcium propionate, sodium, stearyol lactalate.
2 sticks of butter
Directions: preheat oven to 375F. Coat 2 cookie pans with pan spray. In mixer cream all wet ingredients together. Add contents of bag mix ingredients to bowl and mix for 2 minutes on medium speed or until combined well. Drop by the tablespoon full on to cookie sheet and space about 2.5" apart. Press down slightly with palm of hand. Bake for 8-12 minutes (depending on desired crispiness).
