"Do it Yourself" Mixes
Simple and easy to use mixes allow you to bring the bakery right to your kitchen. Just add your wet ingredients and follow the simple instructions and you'll have a fresh baked cake in no time.
Tip: add rainbow sprinkles to batter to make it "funfetti"Divide entire batter into a cupcake pan to make your very own cupcakes. *May decrease cook time*
Yields: One 9" cake or 24 Cupcakes
This product can be made Vegan if proper substitutions are used.
white rice flour, tapioca flour, baking powder, xanthan gum, sugar, salt, baking soda. Contains less than 2% of the following: calcium propionate, sodium stearyol lactalate
1c milk (or non-dairy milk substitute) 1/4c water
3/4 cup mayo or apple sauce
Directions: preheat oven to 350F. Coat 2-8" cake pans with pan spray. In a large bowl add all wet ingredients and blend well. Add contents of bag mix ingredients to bowl and mix until combined. Pour batter equally into sprayed 8" pans and bake 35-40 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
For Cupcake: Use 2-12 cup cupcake pans with cupcake holders. Use pan spray on holders for easy removal. Fill each holder 2/3 way. Bake until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
