Thursday, June 25 at 6pm: Vegan Cooking 101 Price: $79 per person

A step by step comprehensive course to help you learn the basics of Vegan baking. Learn how to bake successfully without using your recipes most important ingredients…eggs and milk (and of course no gluten). Our Master Head Baker will take you through the basics of vegan baking and share with you the intricacies of being a successful vegan, gluten free baker. 

Thursday, July 2 at 6pm: Festive 4th of July Baking Price: $79 per person

Learn everything you need to pull off a fun and festive 4th of July celebration. In this hands-on class, our instructor will share secrets for creating buttermilk fried chicken featuring moist and tender meat with a delightfully crisp crunch. We’ll walk you through the steps for preparing a crowd-pleasing dessert bursting with the flavors of fresh summer fruit from our Farmers Market. 

Thursday, July 16 at 6pm: Girls Night Out- Summer Small Plates Restriction: Ages 18 and older Price: $79 per person

Make it a girls night for an evening of fun and fabulous foods. Learn to use fresh, seasonal ingredients from our Farmers Market to make an assortment of delicious small plates. Our Chef will walk you through techniques for perfecting your dish. Plus, you’ll love experimenting with surprisingly delightful flavor combinations.

Wednesday July 29 & Thursday, July 30 at 5pm:    The Art of Cooking for Kids- 2 Day Package    Restriction: Ages 8-12    Price: $120 per child/2 days

Kids get to explore delicious food experiments and learn how to cook their favorite foods! We’ll cover fundamentals such as basic kitchen skills, how to read and follow a recipe, measuring and mixing, and the importance of kitchen safety. Best of all, we’ll get into the fun scientific details of cooking, including the importance of using specific amounts of ingredients and cooking times. This class is only available as a 2 day package.

Enjoy the bounty of incredible summer flavors with ripe and ready produce direct from our Farmers Market. With fruits and vegetables at their peak freshness, you’ll enjoy maximum flavor with local freshness. In this hands-on class, our Chef will walk you through techniques for everything from quick summer salads to fresh pizza making and fresh berries in a summertime dessert.
